However, we understand that change can be challenging and should you require support, our representatives are ready to assist you. You will receive limited free support during your installation and training period. After which, our solutions are covered by a nominal guarantee, and you can always purchase extra support should you feel that it is required.

Note, that group training for any of our solutions is also available.

SpeechCAT Support

SpeechCAT 8 Turnkey Solutions come with 2 full days of training for the user of the system and support for three months after that.  

Additional limited support is available thereafter by purchasing a support contract. 

Transcript Production Suite 2009 Support

Our Transcript Production Suite 2009 is a simple and intuitive program designed to work!  It has been thoroughly tested on various platforms and is in use by more than 100 Ontario Court Reporters at present.

We are able to provide you with this excellent product at a low cost because our support costs are so low.  So you can rest assured that your purchase is not in vein, and at any time should you have trouble, someone will be available to assist you.  The only exception to this is in regards to formatting changes — due to nonconformity between offices and regions, your transcript layout, formatting or architecture may be different than our standard template packages.  The template and architecture specifications are designed to be easily modified by someone with reasonable computer knowledge (especially with Microsoft® Word©), however, we can provide you with custom modifications for a nominal fee.

Please bear in mind, that certain software is dependent on other software to function properly. Take this example: Microsoft® Office 2003© is dependent on a working copy of Microsoft® Windows©. If your copy of Windows© does not function properly because of hardware failure or malware (spyware, trojans, etc) then it is possible that your word processor application will also not function optimally.

Having said that, keep in mind that TPS 2009 is a set of Microsoft® Word© macros written in Visual Basic for Applications and is therefore dependant on a healthy copy of both Microsoft® Word© AND Windows©. It is for this reason alone that we cannot guarantee our product to work on any computer not maintained by us or one of our partners UNLESS it can be shown that your system is healthy.
